September.  Fresh off the plane from LA and I found myself at 4 am rolling toward BNA in Nashville bound for NY to celebrate my quarter life crisis.  I had no idea what to expect from the greatest city on earth.  I had been there before but never like this!!!!

We decided that we should make this trip a David Chang vacation.  This is Momofuku.  The best Best best hangover cure in the world!  We had Ssäm for dinner and then Ma Peche later that week.  Hah.  In my defense they are all completely different.  If I had to have a last meal this Ramen bowl would be it.  It is seriously amazing!  Do try it.

More rooftops in a concrete jungle.  View from the hotel room.  Beautiful.  I have so much respect for what NYorkers do and go through everyday.  Trekking this town took it's tole.  Love the city life but Nashville is where I need to be right now.  I'll see you soon NY.  I turned 25 in the most incredible way I could have imagined.
